We specialize in catering to all of our guests.  Whether it’s in our private room, the atrium, in the dining room with it’s award winning view of the St. Louis skyline or in our large outdoor patio, we can accommodate your needs.  From appetizer and cocktail parties to gourmet wine dinners, Harry’s can exceed your expectations for any event with first class service.  We customize all menus to meet your parameters.  Our most popular lunch, appetizer and dinner party menus are listed below.  We can provide any additional services you might require.

PARTY INFORMATION

Thank you for considering Harry’s Downtown for your Special Occasion. We provide the finest in food and service in an upscale contemporary setting with an award winning view of the Saint Louis city skyline. From Cocktail Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Holiday Parties and Corporate Entertaining, Harry’s can exceed your expectations for any event.

MENU SELECTION

Selection must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to your event. All events over twenty people require a preset menu. It has been our experience that this guideline assures you will be satisfied with your event. We are happy to meet any special requirements you might have. A copy of your banquet contract will be sent to you for your review and signature.

Served with your meal. Wine is charged by the bottle according to which wines you choose. Please ask for an updated wine list as your party approaches as availability and vintages change.

CONFIRMATION

A credit card authorization is required to hold your room and secure your party date. A final count must be given no later than 72 business hours in advance prior to the date of your function. This will be a final guarantee of attendance for which you will be charged. We reserve the right to charge a $34.95 per guest service fee for all guest cancellations. There is an additional service charge of $150.00 for any function with fewer than 20 guests.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your event. Applicable taxes and a twenty-two percent gratuity will be added to the total bill. Direct Billing can be arranged. In certain situations room charges may apply.

Harry’s Shuttle

Harry’s offers a shuttle to all downtown sporting events! It takes the hassle out of parking and runs every 20 minutes. Use our complimentary valet to park, grab a drink at the bar and take the shuttle to the game.
